Answers. They have said there are no plans to make an offline mode where you can play as a counselor. Word is that AI for Jason behavior would be too difficult to develop, so you can only play as Jason vs. CPU Counselors. This mode was recently announced to be released on Monday 12/18 as a free title update, so just around the corner now.
Offline mode will be released as an update on Monday 12/18. You will be able to play as Jason only, versus 1-7 counselors and with Easy-Medium-Hard difficulty options.
