Now at 70, you'll be in top gear, or pushing hard in 5th. But mines seen just north of the ton at the track. So it's got the power - but it also has the aerodynamics of a brick - so that's working against those top speeds. Speaking of that - one quibble I do have is that it does buffet easily if you're on a high speed road with lots of traffic.
The next stop is extra moolah for a KTM 690 SMC R and pop again to fit it for adventure. Could that be a future article? 0 to 60 in 5.5 sec,and gets 50 + MPG. with a top speed of 104 mph
