A P0675 code may be identified first by scanning the vehicle's onboard computer with an OBD-II code reader. Check in and around engine cylinder 5 for any signs of damage or abnormality. Inspect the glow plug itself thoroughly, with particular focus being given to the relay, timer and module components. A glow plug can be tested by removing it
To fix it, you will need two replacement glow plugs. My engine is a CAGA, and I bought two NGK Glow Plugs. Remove the black cover from the engine. You can just pull it up by hand. REmove the foam covering from the top; Locate the glow plugs that you have to remove.
The manual says that if there's no power at the glow plugs, check the relays and fuses. It could also be a bad wiring harness, a common problem. But that's not causing your no start. Your 2002 has a wire to each glow plug. 2001 and earlier have all the glow plugs in series. If you still think it's the glow plugs, try unplugging the coolant

The P1326 code is an OBD-II trouble code that identifies issues with a vehicle’s glow relay or knock sensor. This code can appear for different reasons, depending on the vehicle’s make and model. For diesel-engine Kia vehicles, P1326 typically indicates issues with glow plug relays, which heat the engine cylinders during cold weather.
